Abandoned Space and Soundscapes

This installation explored the creation of an imaginative mindscape through the interplay of sound, light, and space. The central question was how an artist can shape the visitor’s imagination using different sensory mediums. To evoke this, a sound tour simulating the rhythm of a working factory accompanied the visual experience of the abandoned Põhjala rubber factory. Artificial light was used to reveal and reimagine the hidden structures, textures, and moods of the space.
